Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
  • The gate hours are as follows:
    • Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
    • Saturday: 8am - 4pm
    • Sunday: 8am - 2pm
  • Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • The garage is not available for guest use.
  • There is an elevator in the property that is checked between rentals to ensure that it works properly. The elevator is for adult use ONLY and children may not use the elevator without adult supervision. Any damages to the elevator caused by improper use will be billed to the tenant's card on file as non-accidental damages, at a minimum fee of $1,000.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests must remove their own trash to the community Dumpsters near the home's street.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee per booking.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with utensils to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are provided. Towels and linens will be provided.
  • COMMUNITY AMENITIES AVAILABLE DURING YOUR STAY:
    • Seasonal parties and outdoor events such as live music.
    • Fire pits, bar, and a seasonal food trailer.
    • Expansive hiking and ATV/UTV trail networks across 6,000+ acres of BRMC.
    • Over 60 miles of creeks and streams, waterfalls, and fishing holes.
    • Pickleball and Bocce Ball courts.
    • Horseshoes.
    • Lookout Grill (seasonal restaurant with indoor/outdoor bar).
    • Community outdoor pool located at The Meadows.
    • Spa and massage services for an additional charge.
    • Ascent Wellness & Fitness center including personal training, private classes such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, and others. Fitness classes, diet counseling.
    • Guests can use these during staffed hours. Classes are available for a small per-day fee. Additional charges may apply.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Construction Notice

  • Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is not allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
